How to Mediterranean diet by Catalan chefs

This year to celebrate the events of the Diada de Sant Jordi in New York City we've produced a series of 8 chapters with some Catalan chefs. The Mediterranean diet is the theme of the celebration and each chef, in his video, tells us about one of the basic ingredients of the Mediterranean diet and makes an elaboration.

The chefs are:

Christian Escribà, Pastisseria Escribà (crema catalana), 
Fina Puigdevall i Martina Puigvert, Les Cols Restaurant (romesco),
Mateu Casañas, Compartir Restaurant (gambes a la brasa),
Marc Puig-Pey, Fundació Alícia (empedrat),
Amanda Laporte, el Mercat de la Boqueria,
Josep Roca, El Celler de Can Roca (catalan wines).
 
We also have produced a Q&A extra chapter with all the chefs.
