elBulli1846 is the space located in Cala Montjoi (Roses), which includes the space of the old restaurant elBulli and the house of Marketta. In ElBulli1846 they will investigate and experiment on creation and innovation to improve efficiency and effectiveness, in order to see how they can implant a dream ecosystem to create.
