We have produced the short documentary "Escudella de Palamós", which narrates the process of creating a collaborative recipe that fuses the tradition of escudella with fresh fish from the local fish market. It was a project promoted by the Palamós City Council in collaboration with La Gastronòmica, and with the participation of chefs, fishermen and families from the municipality, with the aim of making the new dish a Catalan gastronomic reference.
The documentary includes the creative process, the workshops and the voices of the protagonists of this initiative that connects identity, sea and cuisine.
