Documenting Documenta is a documentary about the participation of Ferran Adrià in the art exhibition Documenta 12, which took place in Kassel (Germany) in 2007.
Adrià has been the only chef in the word to be invited at Documenta as an artist.
Documenting Documenta is a dialog between art and gastronomy and the thread of the narration is the artist and pop-art pioneer, Richard Hamilton, who has been the oldest customer at elBulli restaurant.
Vicent Todolí, former director of the Tate Modern in London; Roger M. Buergel, director of Documenta 12; Bartomeu Marí, MACBA director, Laurance Russell, director of Tàpies Foundation or Montse Aguer, director of the Centre for Dalinian Studies at Gala-Salvador Dalí Foundation, among others, also participe in this documentary.
Documenting Documenta will premiere in Canal+ on December 2011.
